A few things you might be wondering
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Many clients start by simply brain dumping. They send us texts, screenshots, voice notes, or random thoughts. Your Light helps turn that into organized support.
If it’s on your mind, send it!
Most communication happens through text messages or voice messages, whichever is easiest in the moment. Email, phone calls, and video calls are also used when helpful.
You do not need to organize or explain everything first. You can send a text, record a quick voice message, take a photo or screenshot, or forward an email. Your Light will take it from there.
Anything that is taking up space in your head.
Appointments, invitations, school emails, activity schedules, items you are running out of, reminders, screenshots, voice notes, or photos of something you need help with.
If it is something you are trying to remember, track, coordinate, or follow up on, you can send it.
Your mental load is valid. If it’s taking mental space, your Light can probably help.
You do not need to filter or decide ahead of time. Your Light will help determine what needs action and what does not.
A digital calendar or AI tool stores information. A Light actively manages it with you.
Your Light understands your household, routines, and priorities. They notice patterns, follow up on loose ends, and help make decisions, not just record them.
You are not responsible for setting up systems, checking reminders, or keeping everything updated. Your Light does that with you.

Jessica has worked directly with Filipino virtual assistants for nearly a decade and intentionally built Lightyn to be different from traditional overseas VA company models. Lights are not task-only assistants. They are trained partners who understand how to support real life, not just checklists.

All Lights work U.S. time zones, ensuring timely communication and support that fits naturally into your day.
Yes. While women make up the majority of our clients, men can absolutely sign up as well.
Lightyn is for anyone who is carrying the mental load of daily life and wants thoughtful, reliable support to help manage it.
Men can also be added by joining their spouse on one of our Plus plans.
Yes. A spouse or partner can be added through one of our Plus plans.
This allows them to be included in communication and shared household support while your Light helps manage the details behind the scenes.
What we don’t help with:
We support a wide range of daily life needs, but to stay focused on what we do best, there are a few things we don’t assist with.
Finances or Medical Administration
We do not manage budgeting, bill pay, investments, insurance claims, or personal medical tasks.
Business or Professional Support
We do not assist with office work, emails, business scheduling, or administrative duties for your job.
Large Event or Travel Planning
We do not plan weddings, book vendors or venues, or handle trip planning or travel reservations.
In-Person or Hands-on Tasks
We are a virtual support service and do not complete in-person errands or attend appointments
